FREE - Warranty and Service covers :

1. Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear and ageing of the jewelry.


2. We are not responsible for any transport cost or delivery charges. You are responsible for transportation costs.

3. The length of service period is determined by the condition of the product, estimated for approximately 30 working days.

4. This category will be free only valid for7 days from the date of your purchase


PAID - Service :


1. Defects, damages and any parts or stone loss resulting from misuse or negligence, accident, or other causes beyond our control

2. For this category you will charge Rp. 50.000 - Rp.100.000 / product based on the product condition

3. This category will be free only valid for 7days from the date of your purchase

4. We are not responsible for any transport cost or delivery charges. You are responsible for transportation costs. 



FOR THE CLAIM PROCESS, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. You can contact at +6285173133124. Our admin will assist you to check the date of purchase and confirm your complaint.

2. Our admin will give you a form and please filling the form.

3. After filling in the form, you will get a receipt stating the condition of the product and the completeness of the product when it was given to you.

4. Send the product and the packaging to our warehouse , we will inform you the address.

5. We will contact you after receiving the product and reconfirm the product to be serviced before sending it to our production studio.

6. After getting confirmation and payment (if any), we will continue the service process. The length of service period is determined by the condition of the product, estimated for approximately 30 working days. Repair time can be longer than usual.

7. We will contact you when the service is finished and ready to deliver the product.
