1. Our ready stock product delivery schedule is Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB.

2. Products will be shipped once we have received proof of payment.

3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier service. However, we offer compensation in the form of shopping vouchers for future transactions.

4. For special delivery requests outside our schedule or for instant delivery, please email ruangjiwa.official@gmail.com. If possible, we will arrange delivery according to your requested schedule, but we will inform you if we cannot meet the requested delivery date.

5. We offer international shipping services. The list of countries can be checked during checkout. If you need assistance, please contact us via DM or email.
